The hospitality sector is exciting but facing a lack of appeal for staff, requiring immediate action. Attracting GenZ is crucial, as is implementing solutions to fill the deficit of qualified talent. Inclusion can play a key role in recruitment and sharing social values. The LMCare workshop in Montreux addressed these challenges, focusing on regenerating vocations, customer experience, and social sustainability.
